The Hengchang Technology Building is located in the Shenzhen Qianhai Deep Sea Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone. After adopting SAFTOP smart building “Digital Base” cloud platform, the project achieves intelligent management of the building through technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and BIM.
