The new building of the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen is located in Nanshan Science & Technology Park, adjacent to Yuexing 4th Road to the east, Gaoxin South 9th Road to the north, and Yuexing 5th Road to the west. It covers an area of approximately 15000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 177700 square meters. The overall construction covers a variety of business types such as office, commerce, and academic exchange. The project adopts SAFTOP smart building “Digital Base” cloud platform, and through the Internet of Things, big data, BIM and other technologies to effectively and precisely manage building equipment, people, and information, forming a brand new smart building ecological environment based on intelligent information and green environmental protection.
